Fixes for Live Essentials wave 4 beta.

Changes in 0.10.2:

• FIX: Snooze button wasn't turning off sleep radio.­

• FIX: Crashes on startup; RadioManager cannot be instantiated due to Configuration system exceptions.
• FIX: Don't reset preferences when upgrading or reinstalling.

• Alarm now takes focus from other apps when it sounds.
• Rearranged options dialog: alarm and radio settings now on different tabs; Apply button added so cycling between windows to adjust radio volume no longer necessary.
• FIX: File pickers now behave in a more "standard" way.
• Radios can now provide a filter list for the file dialog when selecting a custom playlist.
• It is now possible to choose from multiple radio plugins, when multiple plugins are available.

Users of older versions of Alarm Clock should uninstall the previous version before installing Radio Alarm Clock, as the installation directory has changed and the installer will not remove the older version.

Changes in 0.9.0:

• Radio plugin system implemented to reduce reliance on Windows Media Player
• Alarm length resets on resumption from snooze; no longer stops at (alarm time) + (alarm length).
• Shortcut should finally appear properly in Start Menu.

Initial public release. Please note that this is an alpha release, and has many bugs and other issues besides. You try at your own risk. But if you do encounter problems, please contact me and let me know. Note that a special Drupal module is required for this release.
